Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 per annum (depending on experience)

About The Role
WINNER Recruitment is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, compliance, and candidate care. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise vacancies using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates
* Conduct CV searches on job boards and internal databases
* Carry out screening calls and interviews with prospective candidates
* Support candidates through the onboarding process
* Ensure full compliance by completing registration packs and requesting ID documentation
* Conduct driving compliance checks, where applicable
* Liaise with the Account Manager regarding candidates ready for placement
* Regularly review recruitment needs with the Account Manager
* Maintain and update administrative trackers
* Manage and process candidate timesheets
* Perform regular compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to standards
* Promote live vacancies across social media channels, including LinkedIn
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
