Busseys Attleborough is recruiting a Sales & Customer Service Apprentice, a unique, customer-focused role designed around the Busseys and INEOS Automotive approach: calm, confident, honest, and human.
You’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice supporting customers before and after sales, working across:
* INEOS and Approved Used Vehicle Sales
* After-sales and Customer Service
* Showroom and retail experience
This role develops around you. During your apprenticeship, you’ll choose a pathway into Sales or Customer Service, progressing from apprentice to trainee and then full status.

Apprenticeship Qualification & Development Details
Apprenticeship Framework (Indicative):
* Level 3 Customer Service Practitioner or
* Level 3 Sales Executive Apprenticeship
(Final qualification aligned to the candidate’s chosen pathway during development)
What the Apprenticeship Includes:
* Structured on-the-job learning within the showroom and customer service teams
* Formal apprenticeship training with an approved training provider
* Regular coaching, mentoring, and progress reviews
* Development of communication, confidence, and commercial awareness
* Exposure to premium automotive retail standards through INEOS Automotive and Busseys
Progression Pathway:
* Apprentice (Year 1)
* Trainee (Sales or Customer Service focus)
* Full Sales Executive or Customer Service Advisor
No previous automotive experience required — attitude and personality matter more than CVs.
