Overview
Electrician - urgently looking for an Electrician to work in Newcastle, on a domestic social housing contract for an electrical compliance provider. The work will include EICRs, testing and inspection and associated remedials within mainly occupied local authority or social housing properties. You will be required to complete the condition report plus any C1 & C2 remedials.
Responsibilities
* Perform EICRs, testing and inspection and associated remedials in occupied local authority or social housing properties.
* Complete the condition report and undertake C1 & C2 remedials as required.
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
* Own vehicle and tester required.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
* 2391 or 2394/95 test and inspection cert.
* 18th Edition wiring regs.
Remuneration & Details
Pay: £240 per day (CIS) - or we can pay price from SORs.
