Delivery Consultant - 12 Month FTC

We're hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our Brook Street PSR team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with public sector clients, manage relationships, and deliver exceptional service. If you're organised, people-focused, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.

We have both full time permanent, and 12 moths fixed term opportunities! - Driving License essential.
What You'll Be Doing
Build strong client relationships and provide expert recruitment advice.
Advertise roles, source candidates, and ensure compliance.
Manage candidate submissions and coordinate interviews.
Oversee onboarding and provide ongoing support to workers.
Conduct onsite visits and maintain regular client check-ins.
What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a consultative role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Knowledge of compliance and eligibility checks.
Organised, proactive, and confident with client engagement.
