Role and Responsibilities
The front of house position is a key role within the business, assisting the management team in delivering a high level of customer service.
* To support management in delivering business aims and objectives.
* Welcoming customers into the venue, showing them to the table and delivering excellent customer service.
* Checking customers in that are staying over in our accommodation.
* Delivering a high quality customer service at the table and at the bar.
* Producing high standard drinks such as cocktails, coffees and gin serves.
* To handle customer enquiries and demonstrate positive problem solving.
* To prepare the business for trade to the required standard.
* To complete the closedown of the business with due regard for security and safety.
* To attend business reviews, training, appraisals and team meetings as required by senior management.
* To perform supporting tasks as required by the management team.
Preferred Skills
* High standard of organizational skills and an ability to focus on attention to detail.
* The ability to produce drinks with high quality and presentation.
* To be polite and work well in a team.
We have multiple roles available from part time positions to full time.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
