Private Client / Probate Paralegal – Derby
A respected and growing regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client / Probate Paralegal to join its established team in Derby.
This role would suit someone with practical, hands-on probate experience who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment and is keen to continue developing their career within a supportive and professional setting.
The role:
* Managing a varied caseload of probate and private client matters
* Handling files from instruction through to completion
* Drafting wills, LPAs, probate applications, and estate administration documentation
* Using a modern case management system to progress matters efficiently
* Working closely with senior fee earners and the wider private client team
About you:
* Previous experience in a Private Client / Probate paralegal role
* Confident managing your own caseload.
* Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
* Law degree, CILEx qualification, or working towards LPC / SQE (advantageous, but not essential)
* Genuine interest in building a long-term career within Private Client law
