Your Responsibilities
Teach engaging, well-structured lessons across a range of primary year groups
Settle quickly into new classrooms and build positive relationships with pupils
Maintain a calm, productive learning environment through effective behaviour management
Deliver pre-planned lessons or create adaptable plans when required
Monitor pupil progress and give constructive feedback
Work closely with school staff to ensure smooth, effective teaching each day
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Previous UK primary teaching experience
Solid understanding of the primary national curriculum
Confident behaviour management and excellent communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to work in different school environments
Ability to quickly connect with pupils and staff
A positive, proactive approach to teaching
