Children’s Registered Manager Lead & empower an exceptional team, including Deputy Managers, Senior Care Workers, and Residential Care Workers; Champion safeguarding, ensuring each child’s safety and well-being at all times; Strengthen ties between the home and the community, helping young people thrive; Encourage independence, involve young people in their care plans and future preparations; Recruit, train & develop a passionate, motivated, and skilled team; Maintain excellence, implement and uphold our high standards of care and compliance; Review & refine placement plans, risk assessments, and strategies to create the best possible outcomes; Foster meaningful relationships, build a warm, open, and supportive environment for all; Manage budgets smartly, ensuring financial sustainability and long-term success; Create a home that feels like home, safe, welcoming, and built for growth.Children’s Registered Manager A minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential children’s home (within the last 5 years); At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role; Level 3 Diploma (or higher) in Children and Young People; Level 5 Leadership and Management (completed or in progress); A strong understanding of trauma-informed care, Ofsted regulations, and relevant legislation; Confidence in leading, supporting, and nurturing a team; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; A full UK driving licence. Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
