As a Care And Support Worker, You Will
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible
* Drive a vehicle – a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are required
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices
* Travel within the area to deliver consistent, high‑quality care
Required Criteria
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Access to own vehicle
* Willingness to travel within the service area
Desired Criteria
* Experience in community care or similar settings
* CPR or First Aid qualification
