Job Overview
As a Maintenance Engineer you'll be joining an established team of electrical and fabric engineers, and you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance in a large production and commercial office space. A heavy plumbing bias is required for this role, however, there is an expectation that as a Maintenance Engineer you will also be responsible for conducting basic electrical works and other general building maintenance.

Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
* Experience with Trace Heating equipment
* Experience working with electrical works, carpentry, joinery
* Full & Clean Driving License
