This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) offers flexibility with options to work from either the Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury office, including regular home working. A valid UK driving license, access to a vehicle, and a basic DBS check are required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure vehicles are maintained, legal, and available.
* Coordinate with garages, leasing companies, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
* Track fleet performance, costs, and availability.
* Analyze telematics data to improve driver behavior and support sustainability goals.
Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
* Experience sourcing vehicle-related services focusing on value for money.
* Supportive approach to onboarding and offboarding staff.
