Investor Relations & Marketing Associate

Join a fast-paced, high-impact team supporting institutional fundraising, investor communications, and marketing strategy. This is an opportunity to combine analytical rigor with strategic storytelling, supporting all facets of investor engagement for a dynamic investment platform.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead the preparation and completion of investor questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and due diligence materials.
* Collaborate closely with investment professionals and internal stakeholders to build and revise client-facing presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
* Manage inbound investor inquiries related to fundraising efforts and ongoing communications.
* Support development and execution of market and strategy updates for prospective and existing investors.
* Assist with implementation and maintenance of data visualization tools and standardized reporting (e.g., PowerBI).
* Conduct analysis across fund, investor, and broader market datasets to support strategy discussions and reporting.
* Provide analytical and research support for ad hoc and strategic projects related to investor engagement.
* Contribute to the production of recurring materials such as investor letters, quarterly reports, and updated marketing collateral.
* Maintain key databases including consultant portals and performance trackers.
* Oversee the timely update of core reporting materials—returns, portfolio metrics, team info, and more—on a monthly or quarterly basis.
* Help manage version control, documentation, and distribution of all marketing and reporting materials.
What You Bring:
You have a bachelor’s degree from a competitive academic institution and 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, financial services, consulting, or asset management-focused marketing. You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting across all levels of an organization. You thrive in analytical work and can confidently organize, interpret, and manipulate large datasets using Excel tools like VLOOKUP and PivotTables. You’re highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and have a strong track record of producing polished client-facing materials. You bring a detail-oriented mindset, proven project management skills, and a natural ability to juggle competing priorities. Above all, you’re a creative thinker, a strong team player, and a self-starter who’s eager to jump in and contribute wherever needed.
