FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

£55,000 - £60,000 + BENEFITS
Simpson Judge are partnered with a growing SME in Blackburn area. They’re looking to hire a Financial Controller to join the business and lead the finance team of 7. Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for;
Financial Controller Key responsibilities:
* Preparation of management accounts
* Reconciliation of the balance sheet
* Managing the forecasting and budgeting process
* Bill of Materials
* Stock Analysis
* Operational variances
* Taxes: PAYE, VAT and annual returns
* Managing the Year End accounts process.
* Ad-hoc queries as expected in a financial controller role.
Financial Controller requirements:
* The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
* Have experience in working in a manufacturing or retail environment.
* Experience in using an ERP software, (Epicor is advantageous, but not essential).
For this the Financial Controller will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000 + excellent benefits.
