We are currently recruiting for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Executive to join a fast-paced, innovation-led beauty brand based in London. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging social-first content and supporting brand growth across UK and international markets.

Operating across multiple international markets, the brand combines creativity with a strong commercial approach, maintaining a reputation for staying culturally relevant within the fast-moving beauty industry.
This role sits within the marketing function, supporting senior marketing leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will take ownership of social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with wider campaigns and commercial priorities, while contributing to growth across both UK and US audiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day activity across social media channels, including content scheduling and publishing
2. Create engaging, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging formats
3. Film, edit, and deliver high-quality social-first creative assets
4. Align social content with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal priorities
5. Monitor and respond to community engagement including comments and direct messages
6. Identify and react to trends, cultural moments, and platform updates in real time
7. Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and external partners to deliver content
8. Support the planning and execution of content calendars
9. Track and analyse performance across social channels, providing insights and recommendations
10. Identify high-performing content and support amplification opportunities alongside wider marketing activity
Requirements:
11. Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms within a beauty or lifestyle environment
12. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends
13. Confident in content creation, including filming and editing
14. Passion for beauty, social media, and digital culture
15. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
16. Proactive, organised, and highly collaborative approach
17. Strong awareness of trends and audience engagement strategies
18. Experience working across international markets (US exposure beneficial)
