Are you an experienced EYFS specialist ready to lead a brand-new nursery from the ground up?
We're urgently recruiting for a passionate, organised, and forward-thinking Nursery Manager to join a brand new early years setting in Northolt. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture, standards, and success of a growing provision.
What We're Looking For:
Proven EYFS expertise – this is essential
Prior nursery or school leadership experience is highly desirable
Confident managing staff, working with parents, and ensuring high-quality provision
A proactive leader who can help grow the nursery and uphold safeguarding and learning standards
A nurturing, calm, and clear communicator with a genuine passion for early childhood education
