We're looking for Support Workers to join our team, helping adults live more independently and confidently in their own communities. One day you might be supporting someone to join a club or learn new skills. Another day, it might be helping with appointments, shopping or simply having a chat when life feels tough.
It's real, person-centred support, tailored to the individual and what matters to them. You'll help build routines, confidence and connection, one step at a time.
We're looking for people with experience in care or support, who bring warmth, reliability and great listening skills. And if you haven't got your SVQ Level 2 yet, don't worry. We'll support you to gain it.
