This is an exciting time to be joining the Estates and Facilities Department at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Trust as a Relief Security Officer.

Hours of work will be a 12 hour shift pattern consisting of days, nights and weekends.
This is a relief position there will be a requirement to work across the Royal Oldham, Fairfield Hospital and Rochdale Infirmary hospital sites.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to carry out a wide range of security related duties to set procedures and standards, have the ability to use a degree of initiative whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.

Qualification
* Security related qualification or equivalent experience
* SIA licence for static guarding/door supervisor
* Full current UK driving licence
* SIA licence for Public Space Surveillance (CCTV)
Experience
* Conflict resolution / physical intervention training
* Experience of conflict management, violence, and aggression
* Experience of working in a NHS setting
