The challenge you’ll be stepping into

- Ensuring statutory compliance is robust, visible and audit‑ready
- Leading engineers and specialist subcontractors with clarity and confidence
- Supporting lifecycle and project activity so assets remain fit for purpose
- Acting as a trusted deputy to the Contract Manager when required
You’ll be close to the detail, but with enough autonomy to make improvements stick.
What You’ll Be Trusted To Do
- Own and manage the maintenance and compliance programme, ensuring safety and performance are never compromised
- Lead and develop the on‑site engineering team, setting clear expectations and standards
- Manage M&E subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, compliantly and to specification
- Support the delivery of lifecycle and project works from planning through to completion
- Carry out internal audits against M&E, statutory and SFG20 standards
- Be a visible, credible technical lead on site
What We’re Really Looking For

Essential
- Strong experience in Hard FM / maintenance management at management level
- Hands‑on knowledge of statutory compliance, including fire and water regulations
- Experience working to SFG20 standards
- Understanding of lifecycle and project delivery in a live environment
