What you’ll be doing

* Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in small, dynamic classes
* Bringing creativity into lessons—whether through art, music, movement or sensory activities
* Working closely with teachers and therapists to adapt learning to individual needs
* Helping students grow in confidence, independence and community involvement


What we’re looking for

* Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (or a genuine passion to learn)
* A creative, proactive mindset—ready to think outside the box
* Patience, empathy and a strong team spirit
* Commitment to long-term work, helping students achieve and celebrate their progress


Key Info

* Hours: Monday to Friday, full school day
* Location: Mitcham, Surrey
* Start date: Immediate or after half term

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
