Role Overview

The Partnerships & Community Coordinator plays a key supporting role in growing Chaotic’s external partnerships and strengthening the delivery of our community facing services. This is a highly administrative and coordination focused role, ideal for someone proactive, highly organised, relationship driven and passionate about improving outcomes for families within the SEND community.


You will provide day to day administrative and operational support to the development and coordination of partnerships with organisations, stakeholders and community groups, ensuring activity is well organised, accurately recorded and effectively followed up, helping to unlock opportunities that widen our impact.

You will also play an active part in supporting Chaotic’s family focused initiatives, including the SEN Support Service and the Chaotic Fund, taking responsibility for a wide range of administration, coordination, scheduling and communication tasks that underpin successful delivery.


Working closely across departments, you will help ensure partnership activities, community initiatives and service delivery are aligned, well communicated and reflective of Chaotic’s mission and values.


Key Responsibilities:

Community Coordination & Support

* Assist with gathering, organising and tracking family feedback to support continuous improvement.
* Embed strong customer service standards across all community interactions, ensuring timely, clear and supportive communication.
* Help review service delivery, identifying areas for enhancement and supporting the implementation of improvements.
* Coordinate community driven initiatives, including charitable giveaways, SEND focused products and campaigns.
* Prepare reports and updates on KPIs and community activity for internal review.
* Manage the community inbox.
* Supporting with event organisation, preparation and delivery.
* Monitor and contribute to Chaotic’s community presence across social platforms and inbox communications, including Facebook and direct messages.


Partnership Coordination

* Support the research and identification of new partnership opportunities aligned with organisational objectives.
* Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and prospective partners.
* Coordinate meetings, communications and follow-ups with partner organisations.
* Support negotiations by preparing briefs, collating information and documenting agreements.
* Track partnership activity, deadlines, renewals and reporting requirements.
* Work alongside Marketing on co-branded initiatives, campaign coordination and shared promotional activity.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with service delivery, user experience and community needs.
* Monitor and maintain records of KPIs related to partnerships and community projects.
* Write reports on partnership and community initiatives.
* Stay informed about sector trends and opportunities to support the evolution of Chaotic’s partnership strategy.
* Coordinating and attending partner and sponsor visits.
* Supporting with reviewing partnership applications.


Desirable Skills

* Experience working in customer service.
* Supporting partnerships, stakeholder engagement or community programmes.
* Knowledge or experience within the charity, education or SEND sector.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to organise workloads, prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
* Confidence working with data, KPIs and impact reporting.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
* Experience liaising with local authorities, schools or charitable organisations.
