Position Details

* Title: Skills for Work Co‑ordinator (V1129)
* Salary: £30,808 - £43,835 pa (Grade 3-4)
* Employment: Full Time, 37 Hours per week, Permanent (1.0 FTE)

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the coordination and delivery of Skills Bootcamps and adult employability programmes.
* Manage curriculum delivery, assessment and data management for adult learners.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with employers, partners and learners.
* Support adults into work through partnership working and appropriate guidance.
* Plan and deliver high-quality teaching across adult learning programmes.


Qualifications & Experience

* Experience delivering and coordinating adult learning programmes, including Skills Bootcamps.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* High-level curriculum planning, assessment and partnership working experience.
* Proactive, enthusiastic educator with a commitment to supporting adults into work.
* Ability to manage data and develop effective relationships with stakeholders.
