Accept Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative to support with the day-to-day operation of the raw materials production line for tooling board. This role includes completing final finishing processes and conducting quality inspections to the end product, ensuring that quality assurance standards are being met. Key Tasks/ Accountabilities Report any incidents of non-conformance to Line Manager Use computer systems to track stock levels and product lifecycle data Adhere to production schedules and standard operating procedures in order to produce product in line with quality specifications and on time. Comply with Health and Safety regulations at all times, taking responsibility for safety of self and others, reporting concerns or hazards immediately Operate automated and manual plant and machinery Carry out quality assurance checks and report any imperfections Ensure continuous monitoring/review of operations and product to ensure quality assurance Use lift trucks to move raw materials and finished goods around the facility as necessary Carry out housekeeping and basic maintenance duties Maintain records in line with audit requirements and established procedures Essential Basic literacy and numeracy Working within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Carrying out quality inspections Key Personal Attributes / Behavioural Competencies A strong work ethic and sense of accountability A positive and professional attitude Excellent attention to detail and time management Proactive can-do, problem-solving approach Good interpersonal skills Multi-tasker Strong team working skills Effective communicator, on phone, in writing and in person at all levels Focus on quality control Resilience and flexibility Location: Whetstone, Leicester Pay Rate/Salary: £14 per hour £15 per day shift allowance Hours: Monday to Friday, 22:0006:00 Contract Type: Temporary /Temp to Perm To Apply: If you're interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please apply today with your CV or contact our team for more information.
