Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales – Inverness

Key Accountabilities
* Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a genuine interest in the independent sector.
* Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
* Partner with your customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
* Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure your customers receive the best local solutions.
* Collaborate proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a smooth handover.
* Represent the Brakes brand effectively in your local market.
You should be highly service-focused, putting the customer at the center of everything you do, providing optimal solutions to support and grow their business. A tenacious and resilient self-starter, you have the drive to succeed and a proven track record of meeting targets. You are self-motivated and eager to develop professionally, continuously seeking improvement through learning and development opportunities. There is potential to progress into various commercial roles and further your career.
Familiarity with our modernization initiatives and new technologies that enhance customer experience and performance is important. Experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
