We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our Business Support specialism in Reading. This role is for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to step into management or an established Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful, high‑billing desk.
Salary: £29,000 – £50,000 per annum plus car allowance and uncapped bonus. Bonus on personal billings and team performance.
Location: Reading (Office‑based; driving required). Expand market share across Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham and Maidenhead.
Key Responsibilities
* Run a successful 360 recruitment desk across Business Support.
* Manage and develop a small team of Recruitment Consultants.
* Grow market share across Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham and Maidenhead.
* Build strong client relationships and win new business.
* Drive performance, quality and profitability.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (Business Support or similar commercial specialism preferred).
* Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership.
* Strong sales drive, resilience and commercial focus.
