Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and achieve revenue targets, leading and motivating the sales team.
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
* Event Planning & Management: Oversee the entire event planning process, from initial concept and pitching to operational execution and on-site delivery.
* Commercial Growth: Drive business development and commercial growth for the business or venue, focusing on securing high-value contracts and long-term partnerships.
* Financial Oversight: Ensure events are planned and executed within budget, achieving set financial goals and maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
* Sales Expertise: A strong background in sales, particularly in high-end hospitality or events.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and large-scale events.
* Negotiation & Communication: Strong client-facing and negotiation skills to secure deals and build client trust.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a small team.
