Our culture
We started our journey more than two decades ago as a family-run company with a handful of employees. Today we’re a local business operating nationally.
We remain a relatively small team of about 30 people, and our colleagues have been with us for eight years on average (that’s about a third longer than the UK average!).
We know how important it is to enjoy work. That’s why we offer quarterly social events (where you can meet up with colleagues from across the business and leave your usual job role behind for the day).
We’re an Equal Opportunities Employer
At Alerter Group we’re committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
Our key criteria for selection, promotion, training and reward is simple; the ability to do the job to the required standard. If you have the experience to succeed in this role, please get in touch.
We look forward to hearing from you.
