We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our finance department working in the Sales Ledger function. This is a full time role, where the successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
We are able to offer hybrid working for this role, which would be a mixture of home-working (3 days per week) and office (Brighton, 2 days per week), between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm, including a 1 hour lunch break.
The salary for this role is between £25K and £27K depending on experience.
What you'll be doing:
1. Raise Sales Invoicing, credit notes and issue statements for your clients
2. Multi-invoices for large clients with multiple divisions
3. Understand client contracts, ensure clients are invoiced in accordance with contract details
