You’ll join amultidisciplinary clinical teamthat works collaboratively across primary care and PCN services including6 Partners, 12 Salaried GPs, 2 ANPs, a Paramedic, Physiotherapists, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and a dedicated Nursing Team. With efficientSystmOneworkflows, protected admin time, and minimal home visits, the team ensures a sustainable workload and a positive work‑life balance.
