The role
is for you if:
1. Must possess an ACA/CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
2. Experience working with financial services businesses in either an advisory or in-house capacity.
3. Proven track record of delivering quality work in the financial services sector with a deep understanding of businesses and professional standards.
4. Ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships and lead discussions with senior clients confidently.
5. Extensive experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, including financial and risk management.
6. Strong attention to detail, with awareness of industry trends and challenges, and capable of planning and managing work against tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting arguments and influencing others, along with a history of providing constructive feedback.
8. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to uphold professional standards consistently.
