We’re looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Preston.
1. A competitive salary of £34,408 to £36,588 per annum, depending on qualification held (estimated salary based on a pay rate of £13.80 to £14.85 per hour for days and working 8 sleep-nights per month on average at £60 per sleep night)

17. A minimum of 12 months experience in Children's Residential Care
18. A Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (or close to completion)
19. A full UK driving licence – essential for transporting young people and attending external meetings
20. A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
21. A thorough knowledge of the legislation and regulations surround children's care
22. Be able to work shift patterns including sleep ins (Rota plan given in advance but likely to be 2 on 4 off)
