About us:

ADDvanced Solutions Community Network CIC is an open access offer that supports the emotional health

and wellbeing of neurodivergent children and young people, their families and the professionals that work

with them.

The Role:

Opportunity to engage, educate, equip and empower neurodivergent children, young people and their

families through 1:1 and group coaching.

Join a dynamic, supportive, and growing team working across Cheshire and Merseyside and Manchester

planning, developing and delivering person centred and solution focused coaching and learning opportunities, supporting health and wellbeing, whilst providing information, advice and guidance for neurodivergent children, young people and families presenting with needs associated with neurodiversity including ADHD, autism, sensory processing difficulties, specific learning difficulties, social and communication difficulties, SEND and associated mental health needs.

Our unique, person-centred coaching offer aims to increase understanding of neurodiversity, develop skills, improve confidence, build resilience and promote positive change within the client's area of experience.

Serve as a reliable resource for families, offering tailored information, advice and guidance via various channels (telephone, email, face-to-face, online). Collaborating with external services and signposting to relevant support networks when appropriate. ADDvanced Solutions Community Network CIC is a Community Interest Company and a commissioned provider to the NHS and some Local Authorities there are opportunities to support the development of the organisation.

You will:


• Possess qualifications in coaching and mentoring, minimum level 3 (recognised accreditation - for example ILM), or portfolio of evidence to demonstrate relevant coaching and mentoring experience and ability in engaging and supporting neurodivergent children, young people and their families.


• bring genuine understanding of the needs of neurodiverse children, young people and their families and be skilled in delivering person-centred, engaging opportunities where they can participate, learn, build confidence and resilience encouraging and supporting them to achieve their goals


• demonstrate excellent communication and strong facilitation and mentoring skills, promoting an inclusive and supportive environment and experience for all


• have strong planning, organisation, time management and administration skills; able to work both independently and closely with the rest of the team with a resourceful and confidential approach.


• be familiar with Microsoft programmes, particularly Outlook, Teams and Powerpoint.


• hold a clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently across Cheshire and Merseyside, predominantly across Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington and Wirral, and Manchester, working within the community and in schools.


• be able to work occasional preplanned evenings and weekends.

Full time, part-time or flexible working opportunities.

Hours may include some evening and weekend working to deliver learning activities, attend events, as well as some work from the office (currently in Speke).

Salary - competitive plus Employee Assistance Programme. 25 days holiday.
