We have a great opportunity for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our Clients in house Maintenance team who are focused on providing a high quality maintenance service to their Tenants homes
As a Bathroom Fitter you'll complete a range of jobs to properties in line with work schedules.
Tasks to include:
* Fitting new bathroom suites
* New pipe work and runs for showers
* Fitting shower trays and cubicles
* Tiling walls, showers and floors
* Fitting aqua panels
* Basic carpentry works - building framework, boxing in pipes, bath panels
* Works to timber floors - caber and plying over subfloors
* Easing and adjusting doors
* Applying latex to flooring
