Overview
Morton Grange provides Residential, Nursing, Day and Respite Care for up to 66 residents.
Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors into the care home
* Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
* Typing up minutes and letters, so a good typing speed would be advantageous
* Understand and follow internal policies and procedures
* Use appropriate communication methods, depending on the task and environment
Skills and attributes
* Approachable, calm and patient.
Working week
9 am - 5pm (1/2 hour unpaid break)
Training
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training at or your place of work. Student to complete Business administration level 3 apprenticeship
Transport
Please note own transport would ideally be needed due to location
