Description For current Fortive or OpCo employees, this role can be remote. Position Overview: Ralliant is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst - EMEA to deliver world-class payroll services and support to the EMEA Region, contributing to the outstanding employee experience for one or more of our Operating Companies (OpCos). This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with legislation, and continuous improvement of payroll processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare standard work for defined payroll processes under the regional payroll manager's responsibility. Confirm accuracy of garnishment processing and compliance with legislation. Execute standard work for managing overpayments/repayments with stakeholder communication. Identify gaps and seek opportunities for continuous payroll process improvement. Validate payroll data and documents for errors, ensuring employees are paid correctly and within payroll payment deadlines. Process equity inclusions, relocation, imputed income, and other taxable inclusions. Escalate payroll-related issues, seek advice when faced with complex problems, and propose reasonable solutions. Execute payroll processes in all countries within the EMEA region (France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, U.A.E and United Kingdom), ensuring compliance with country legislation and audit timelines. Execute testing plans to confirm data accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate regional payroll processes with HR workstreams and finance requirements. Process annual statements and communicate strategies to reduce employee inquiries. Execute year-end processes, including working with HR and Finance stakeholders to include all taxable income. Optimize payroll processes under a shared service model, leveraging process improvement tools. Document visual management to identify areas for improvement and increase optimization. Run standard and create ad hoc reports. Execute termination and deceased wage payments compliant with country legislations. Process wage garnishments in compliance with local laws. Ensure accurate and on-time governmental reporting and compliance. Exhibit strong project skills with the ability to develop functional business requirements. Monitor and support employee escalations and inquiries. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll shared service models, preferably using ADP GlobalView, ADP eTime, ADP Celergo, or ADP Streamline. Proficient with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with a big picture perspective. Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational skills. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution-oriented. Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to gain credibility with OpCo’s, influence others, and make recommendations for change. Proven record of accomplishment consistently meeting goals and objectives. Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations. Exhibits strong project skills with the ability to develop functional business requirements. Multi-lingual: English and French. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred, with a strong understanding of payroll. Experience in processing payroll for multiple countries within the (France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, U.A.E and United Kingdom). Preferred experience with collaboration tools such as Miro and Teams Canvas. Regional payroll-related certifications.
