Finishing Operative – Anodising (Aerospace Manufacturing)
West London - Commutable from Middlesex / Surrey / Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire / Kent
Depending on experience upto £35,000 plus 22% shift allowance and joining bonus

We’re working with a high-profile British manufacturer based in West London who are expanding their finishing team and are looking for Finishing / Anodising Operatives to join a modern, well-invested facility.
If you enjoy working with chemical processes, surface treatments, and high-quality components, this is a role where your skills will genuinely be valued.
What you’ll be doing
* Operating manual and automated anodising lines
* Preparing components for finishing (masking, bunging, jigging)
* Carrying out anodising, passivation, phosphating and related finishing processes
* Using barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment
* Preparing metallic surfaces to exacting standards
* Inspecting finished components and working to strict quality requirements
* Following COSHH, health & safety and aerospace quality procedures
* Reading and working from engineering drawings and process instructions
Who this role is ideal for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in anodising, metal finishing, surface treatment or plating
* Or a manufacturing / engineering background working with chemicals, processes or controlled environments
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality
Open to cross-training:
If you’ve worked in finishing, chemical processing, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive or precision engineering, full training can be provided to develop anodising and surface treatment skills.
