Customer Experience Advisor–Coleraine Branch, UK
The role is part of Santander’s retail banking division, based at the Coleraine Branch. It involves working 31.5 hours a week on a rota, Monday to Saturday, between 8a.m. and 6p.m.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
* Assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and service requests.
* Answering customer calls into the contact centre.
* Building relationships and finding solutions for customers.
* Developing knowledge of services and products to better assist customers.
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, either face‑to‑face or over telephony.
* Effective communication skills, able to understand customer needs.
* Strong desire to go above and beyond for customers.
* Teamworking skills and a flexible, can‑do attitude.
* Openness to a broad range of activities, even outside of standard expectations.
* Ability to grow, adapt and change to accommodate business needs and priorities.

Salary and Benefits
* Annual salary: £25,000.00 – £31,579.00 (based on experience and performance).
* Annual cash allowance of £500 to spend on a range of benefits.
* 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays; increases to 26 days after 5 years of service and permitting up to 5 contractual days per year.
