As a Cleaning Operative, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that facilities maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.
2. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, replenishing toiletries and cleaning fixtures as needed.
3. Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe for occupants.
4. Report any maintenance issues promptly to the management team.
5. Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain stock levels of cleaning materials.
6. Follow company health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
7. Previous experience in cleaning or similar role is preferred but not essential.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
10. Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
11. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
12. Basic understanding of health and safety practices in cleaning.
13. Good communication skills.
