We're seeking a
Head of Property Operations
who brings strong property management experience, strong leadership capability, and the confidence to grow a team from 6-8 people today to 30+ by 2029. You'll steer performance, compliance, customer experience, and data-led decision-making across a national residential portfolio, while helping to design a modern, centralised operating model.

What You'll Lead
* Full property operations for a diverse and growing residential portfolio-including repairs, compliance, tenancy management, customer escalations, and credit control.
* Recruitment, coaching, and development of a high-performing team across multiple sites.
* Mobilisation of new developments and integration of externally managed portfolios.
* Oversight of compliance, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
* Data-led performance management, including reviewing P&Ls across 100+ developments.
* Continuous improvement of systems and processes (Qube, Fixflo) and involvement in long-term tech build projects.
