Artisan Baker - Job Role Details:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced baker to work in a dedicated artisan bakery setting. You'll be hands-on in daily bread production and play a key role in maintaining the bakery's high standards across all products.
Artisan Baker - Key Responsibilities:
* Produce sourdough and rye-based breads to a consistently high standard
* Follow traditional methods with care and attention to detail
* Collaborate with a small, skilled bakery team to meet daily production targets
* Uphold strong food safety and hygiene standards
* Support seasonal product development and process improvements
* Take pride in creating high-quality products for wholesale and retail customers

* A skilled artisan baker with experience in naturally-leavened bread (essential)
* Passionate about baking, quality ingredients, and traditional methods
* A reliable and hardworking team player
