Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Take Your UK Success into Europe (DACH Region)

We’ve launched a new European / DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) business unit, built on 25 years of UK engineering recruitment success. Now we’re looking for ambitious UK recruiters ready to scale their earnings by expanding into Europe.

The Role
As a Senior or Principal Consultant, you’ll:
* Join an experienced team building our new European business unit
* Use our 25-year UK track record to win trust in the European market
* Develop your own niche vertical within IT, tech, or engineering
* Generate new business and build long-term client partnerships
* Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
* Build and own a high-value candidate network
* Cross-sell wider project solutions
* Drive your own desk revenue with full ownership and autonomy
This is not a relocation requirement. This is a market expansion opportunity.

You’re likely:
* A UK-based 360 recruiter in IT, Tech, or Engineering
* Billing consistently and confident in business development
