Job Purpose:

As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service by living our Service Promise.

You’ll be part of a team that has fun, supports each other and delivers results. You will do this by living and breathing our brand values in everything you do: Customer Obsessed, Play To Win, We Are One and It Starts With Me.

You will inspire our customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You will achieve this by being an ambassador for the brand and demonstrating our Customer Obsessed value.


Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


Customer

* Help inspire our customers to look and feel good by delivering our service techniques.
* Create a fantastic customer experience and let your personality and individual style shine through.
* Be Omnichannel: assist customers online if they cannot find items in store.
* Understand local customers and engage to drive sales and community connection.
* Maintain store appearance and visual standards to inspire shopping.


Team

* Create an inclusive environment that values different people and opinions.
* Take a proactive approach to personal development to realise potential.
* Collaborate to deliver our Retail Strategy.


Growth

* Recognise contribution to performance and KPIs.
* Stay up‑to‑date with New Look offerings and recommend products authentically.
* Understand store targets and strive to exceed them.
* Ensure a safe environment by following Health and Safety procedures.
* Help protect profit by focusing on sales, loss reduction and cost control.
* Remain compliant with all Mandatory Training Modules.


Skills and Knowledge:

* Confident in customer communication and delivering great experience.
* Understand core customer in local market.
* Passionate about fashion and current trends.
* Embrace fast‑paced, evolving retail and demonstrate resilience.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration.
* Attention to detail for store standards.
* Previous retail experience desirable but not essential.


Key Relationships:

* Store Manager
* Wider Store team
* Local New Look store


Roles and Responsibilities:

* Your Voice Representative role empowers team members to voice ideas and feedback.
* Support communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives.
* Ambassador at quarterly and bi‑annual Your Voice meetings.
* Challenge management to influence change based on team feedback.
* Model company values and lead by example.


Key Holder (Operational or Delivery):

* Support opening and set‑up in absence of management, after mandatory training.
* Access store pre‑trade for deliveries and other tasks.
* Adhere to Health & Safety and security procedures; responsible for team, service levels and stock.


Department Specialist:

* Deliver exceptional standards in department and operational excellence.
* Use data and reporting to shape performance.
* Serve as department expert and recommend products.


Visual Merchandising Specialist:

* Deliver brand VM and POS guidelines with product handling and standards.
* Execute window and mannequin styling; support floor moves for promotions.
* Stay current on trends and competitor and influencer activity.
