Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in a modern, fully private practice in the heart of London?
We are working with a prestigious dental clinic in Holborn that is seeking a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a dental setting and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
The Role
As the first point of contact for patients, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in/out patients with warmth and professionalism

Managing the front desk to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
*
Handling appointment bookings, enquiries, and patient communications
*
Maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area
What We're Looking For
✅ Experience working as a Dental Receptionist
✅ Confident using dental software (ideally SOE / Exact)
✅ A proactive and friendly approach to patient care
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
