What We Expect We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Commercial team based in the Nottingham head office, reporting to the Head of Commercial. As a Contracts Manager your day to day will include: Document management and organisation Contract management for service and project contracts, including project bookings – (document/information finalisation and management, programme of works, credit checks, company T&C’s vs customer T&C’s, liaising with financial and Operational teams) Review, negotiation and agreement of Terms and Conditions’ Reviewing, negotiating and supporting finalisation of general legal and contractual documents Issuing of contract and project notices Supporting Operations in addressing site issues, claims and disputes Reviewing and agreeing Final Accounts Supporting with Debt Collection Supporting change orders and variation requests Management of upstream approvals Who we are looking for Ideally, 3 years or more experience in a Quantity Surveying or similar Legal/Contractual capacity A minimum of a HNC in a relevant field Be a confident negotiator, with strong contract management skills Professional, motivated and looking to forge a career in a global leading company Strong skills using MS Office, databases, and eProcurement systems Consistently works to deadlines Strong organisational and people skills Excellent time management skills Highly motivated, reliable and hardworking What we offer Competitive salary paid on a monthly basis 34 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays Attractive company pension scheme Health cash plan provided, allows you to claim towards health costs.
