Are you a Civil Design Engineer looking to work on infrastructure that genuinely makes a difference?
We’re recruiting for a growing design team delivering water and wastewater treatment projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of civil design packages and play a key role across the full project lifecycle — from feasibility through to construction support.
🔧 The Role
* Lead and coordinate civil design packages across multiple projects
* Manage and review work from external consultants
* Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and process teams
* Ensure designs meet buildability, safety, and regulatory standards
* Support design risk reviews, technical documentation, and construction phases
👷 What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in civil design engineering (water/wastewater preferred)
* Strong experience with earthworks, foundations, structures, and drainage
* Confident working in multidisciplinary project teams
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Revit
* Understanding of BIM processes and collaborative design workflows
* Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
