Oversee and manage the team with the production and manufacturing of PVC windows and doors.
Ensuring production runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
Key Accountabilities:
* Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
* Ensure customer orders are completed on time and that quality standards are met.
* Work with Managers to implement the companies polices and goals
* Supervise and motivate a team of workers
* Review workers performance and help identify training needs
