Overview Wincanton is recruiting for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to join the team in our Chippenham Head Office for a 12 month FTC. The Level 2 Service Desk Analyst is a function within the Service Desk providing 2nd level support including Event Management, Application and Infrastructure Support as well as providing a single first point of contact to all users. As such the successful candidate will have a broad range of technical skills and a proactive attitude willing to make this role their own, as well as a strong customer service mindset and can do attitude. Service Desk Hours of work Mon-Fri 07:0019:00 based in our Chippenham Head Office The 2nd line team primarily work 08:30 17:00 out of Chippenham Head Office but may occasionally be required to work additional hours depending on business requirements. Some occasional travel may also be required for site visits or tech bars. How will you contribute? 1. Responsible for providing 2nd level support for operational services in line with the Service Level Agreements 2. Responsible for SOX compliance reporting and auditing
