The Role: Deliver one-to-one or small group GCSE tuition (subjects based on your specialism) Work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs Build positive, supportive relationships to encourage engagement and confidence Provide regular feedback on progress to parents, schools, or other professionals The Ideal Candidate: Experience tutoring or teaching GCSE-level subjects Proven experience working with students with SEN Strong behaviour management and engagement skills Patient, flexible, and empathetic approach to teaching Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or relevant tutoring experience is desirable What We Offer: Competitive pay of £25-£30 per hour Flexible working hours to suit your availability Opportunities for both short-term and long-term assignments Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant If you are passionate about making a real difference in students' lives and have the skills to support learners with SEN, we would love to hear from you.
