Erewash Health Partnership (EHP) is recruiting a Projects Manager to join a dynamic, collaborative team supporting healthcare delivery across EHP constituent practices and Erewash PCN-wide.
Erewash Health Partnership (EHP), established on 1 April 2018, is a single GP Partnership comprising seven practices and employs approximately 240 staff members across practices and the central team.
Main duties of the job
The Projects Manager will lead the delivery of improvement projects for practices and patients, working collaboratively to ensure successful implementation.
The core responsibilities include:
1. Managing projects related to mobilisations and service improvements.
2. Developing project plans based on directives from EHP SLT, practices, or the wider PCN and supporting Project Leads.
3. Delivering improvement projects across 7 GP Practices within Erewash Health Partnership and 11 GP Practices for Erewash PCN.
4. Traveling to sites as needed to oversee project delivery.
5. Reviewing and mapping current processes to proactively suggest improvements to EHP SLT and Boards.
6. Intervening to address project delays, identifying issues, and steering projects back on track.
7. Engaging stakeholders to ensure project success, monitoring risks and issues.
8. Facilitating shared learning and measuring project impact against objectives.
9. Supporting practice sites in achieving targets and improvements.

EHP was founded on 1 April 2018, comprising seven practices with approximately 240 employees. The role reports to the COO based at Littlewick Medical Centre, Ilkeston, with travel required across PCN and EHP practices, including:
