Our client is an incredible, fast‑growing lifestyle brand entering an exciting new phase of creative and brand evolution. They are seeking a Creative Shoot Production Manager to oversee all aspects of photoshoot production — from concept to delivery — bringing the brand’s visual identity to life across campaigns, e‑commerce, and social content.
This is a pivotal role for a dynamic and highly organised individual with experience working within a luxury or lifestyle brand environment, managing high‑quality shoots and collaborating closely with internal creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end‑to‑end production of all brand and e‑commerce shoots — from planning and pre‑production to on‑set management and delivery.
* Lead all logistics including booking photographers, stylists, models, studios, locations, and creative agencies.
* Manage and track production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget, while being resourceful and inventive in approach.
* Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Head of Product, and Head of Digital to ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s creative vision and commercial objectives.
* Supervise and inspire one direct report (Production Executive), providing guidance, structure, and mentorship.
* Maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts — photographers, model agencies, stylists, and freelancers — ensuring access to the best talent and partners.
* Ensure smooth cross‑functional coordination with marketing, product, and e‑commerce teams to deliver cohesive creative assets.
* Keep abreast of cultural and creative trends, contributing fresh ideas and visual inspiration to elevate the brand’s storytelling and identity.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in shoot production within a luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
* Strong network of industry contacts including photographers, stylists, and agencies.
* Demonstrable experience in budget management and production planning.
* Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Creative eye with an understanding of brand storytelling and visual identity.
* Confident working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and comfortable collaborating with multiple senior stakeholders.
* Leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating a small team.
* Hands‑on, adaptable, and resilient — able to balance creativity with commercial pragmatism.
