Provide website support and training to Digital Fife. · The key purpose of this role is to support digital inclusion at a range of levels including: · Providing guidance and support to community groups in relation to digital inclusion · Assist in project work and support digital web development for community groups and organisations · Working alongside communities, colleagues and partners to build capacity in digital learning and practice · Assist groups through direct delivery of learning programmes · Provide website support and training to Digital Fife. The Person · Educated to SCQF level 7 ideally a relevant accredited qaulification in an IT-related subject or training and development. · Post qualification expereince in a learning and development role or within a community setting · Ability to coach others in a learning environment, and create shared knowledge and understanding among staff and groups on the use of digital learning platofrms · Confident user of IT systems with expereince in design and web skills to produce and produce content at the learners abilities · Expereince of using online learning platforms and current software packages · Ability to travel within Fife to different community venues.
